LClock
Spruce up the Windows Taskbar clock and calendar with this neat desktop replacement with cool graphics that makes it standout. When the System Tray clock is clicked once, up pops a nice calendar that is highly configurable to your own liking. There is no need to double click anymore just to view the calendar. Stop using the boring old System Tray clock that Windows provides and use the free LClock for graphical bliss.
Some features included with LClock are:
- Calendar event reminder feature.
- Multiple language support.
- The ability to have balloon tooltips.
- Several gorgeous skins available.
- Extremely stable and uses little resources.
LClock is quite the desktop enhancement as it gives you total control over every element of the date and time including colors, fonts, sizes and positions. The alarm feature is also quite handy for reminding you of personal items.

Seems like a pretty cool thing to install on our Windows. If only the application has a feature to actually put our own calendar schedules (just like Outlook or Google Calendar), then it will be a winner!
But of course, I don’t think it will still say “..uses little resources”

it allows you to create events, that will pop out in a messagebox when date and time is due. try dbl-click-ing on a day in the calendar, but don’t expect anything fancy its just simple and effective. what i’d really want is a separate module (or plugin) to download my google calendar schedules. that would really be cool, but should be kept separate from the main program (as a plugin for ex.) because i don’t think all users will desire/need this functionality.
